Why this course?

Xin Jia Yi Lu is one of the most refined and complete forms of Chen-style Taijiquan.
Created through the work of Grandmaster Chen Fake in the early 20th century, it represents an evolution of the Laojia Yi Lu: more dynamic, rich in internal spirals, and characterized by a deeper energetic approach.

This online course offers a structured path to learn the complete form in a systematic, clear, and tradition-respecting way. It is ideal for those wishing to take a significant step forward in their martial and internal development.

At the end of the training, you will have:

  • A detailed and solid understanding of the Xin Jia Yi Lu form.

  • Greater awareness of the body and its internal spiral dynamics.

  • The ability to practice the form with fluidity, rootedness, and precision.

  • A certificate of attendance issued by ITKA.

Please note: enrollment in the Nei Gong course is required to participate in the Xin Jia Yi Lu program.

What will you learn

Over the course of nine months, you’ll be guided step by step through learning the entire Xin Jia Yi Lu sequence.
Each video lesson covers 7–8 postures, with clear technical explanations and multi-angle footage to support individual study.
The goal is to help you internalize the form, improving posture, coordination, internal spiral, and the energetic quality of movement.

You will learn to:

  • Understand and apply the fundamental principles of Chen-style Taijiquan.

  • Perform the complete form with continuity, precision, and internal strength.

  • Develop rooting, fluidity, and the ability to listen to energy.

  • Strengthen the body–mind–breath connection.
