Taiji Health

A professional 10-month program that combines mobility exercises, breathing, meditation, and Taiji sequences for overall well-being. Divided into three progressive modules, the program provides simple and effective tools to enhance energy, balance, and awareness, through a clear and accessible teaching method. Upon passing the final exam, participants receive the Taiji Health Instructor Certification.

Nei Gong

The Nei Gong Course with Master Gianfranco Pace is a 9-month journey dedicated to internal work — the core of the Chinese martial arts.

Through video lessons and live Zoom sessions, you will learn to integrate posture, breathing, and movement to develop elastic and structural strength, mental clarity, and energetic balance.

This experience, suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners, will guide you in studying the fundamental forces of Taijiquan and provide practical tools to enhance your health, awareness, and daily vitality.

Xinjia Yi Lu

The Xin Jia Yi Lu Course with Master Gianfranco Pace is a 9-month program that combines internal work with the complete study of the traditional Chen-style form. Every two months, you’ll receive recorded video lessons and a live Zoom session for personalized corrections and in-depth guidance.

Xin Jia Yi Lu, created by Grandmaster Chen Fake, is considered a true laboratory of Taijiquan — a form rich in spiral movements, natural power, and the exploration of subtle energies. It offers a unique opportunity to deepen your technique, awareness, and understanding of martial principles at their source.
